Job Title:  Sales Representative

Job Location:  Alexandria, VA

Job Duties: Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate and explain the features of natural stone products; provide quotes to customers regarding prices and contract terms and estimate delivery dates; answer customers' questions about natural stone products, prices, availability and product warranty; consult with customers after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support; make recommendations for specific natural stone (granite and marble) countertops based on customers' needs and interests; prepare sales contracts and order forms.

Requirements: Position requires High School/GED Diploma or foreign equivalent. Position also requires at least 24 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Sales Associate or Sales & Marketing Associate. The required experience must include a minimum of 6 months experience in selling natural stone products. Position requires only little (intermittent) domestic travel to various unanticipated locations within the Washington metropolitan area. Travel will constitute 10% of the employee’s work time.
